Online Coaching Terms and Conditions

Effective upon Acceptance

By ticking the checkbox and completing payment, you enter into a legally binding agreement and expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding contract between you (the Client) and Islam Abuauf (the Coach).

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not proceed with payment.


1. Coaching Duration

  • Minimum coaching duration: 2 months (8 weeks)
  • Maximum coaching duration: 12 months
  • Coaching periods run continuously once started.
  • No pauses, freezes, extensions, or interruptions are permitted for any reason.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Full pricing details are provided via email after completion of the coaching application.
  • Reference pricing (non-binding):
  • Gold Coaching: ~$80 per month
  • Platinum Coaching: ~$125 per month
  • Prices may vary based on duration and service level.
  • Full payment must be completed before coaching begins.

3. Exercise Library Access

  • Private video library hosted on the Islam Abuauf website.
  • Detailed demonstrations of all exercises in your personalized program, including:
  • Proper execution
  • Target muscles
  • Key performance cues
  • Each Client receives a personal account.
  • Lifetime access granted even after the coaching period ends.
  • Access exclusive to coaching plans longer than 8 weeks.

4. Discounts and Promotions

  • No discounts, promotions, or special offers.
  • Pricing reflects the Coach’s expertise, time, and direct personal involvement.
  • Coaching delivered exclusively by Islam Abuauf, not by assistants or a team.

5. Eligibility and Age Requirement

  • Clients must be at least 20 years old.
  • Applications from individuals under 20 are automatically rejected.

6. Female Clients

  • Coaching is not offered to female clients.
  • Personal photos and training videos required for progress assessment are not accepted from female applicants.
  • Female applications are not reviewed or answered.

7. Communication and Response Time

  • Communication exclusively via WhatsApp voice messages.
  • Phone, video, or live calls not permitted.
  • Typical response time: 24–48 hours (max 72 hours).

8. Onboarding and Service Delivery

  1. Completion of coaching application
  2. Receipt of full service details within 24–48 hours
  3. Confirmation of selected plan and duration
  4. Completion of payment
  5. Delivery of personalized training and nutrition plans within 7 days of payment confirmation
  • Service considered delivered once plans are provided and coaching access begins, regardless of results.

9. Refund Policy (Strict – Final)

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds, credits, reversals, or partial reimbursements under any circumstances, including:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal, financial, medical, or scheduling issues
  • Lack of motivation, compliance, or participation
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Accepting these Terms explicitly waives any right to a refund.
  • Initiating a chargeback after accepting these Terms constitutes a breach of contract. Accepted Terms may be submitted as evidence to any payment processor or financial institution.

10. Results Disclaimer

  • Results are not guaranteed.
  • Outcomes vary based on genetics, lifestyle, adherence, effort, and external factors.
  • Coach guarantees professionalism, precision, and maximum effort, not specific physical or performance outcomes.

11. Freezing or Pausing Coaching

  • Coaching cannot be paused, frozen, deferred, or extended once started.
  • Coaching period runs continuously without exception.

12. Prohibited Athlete Profiles

  • Coach does not work with individuals who use or intend to use steroids or performance-enhancing drugs.
  • Coach and all coached athletes are natural.

13. Competition Preparation

  • Coaching services do not include preparation for bodybuilding or physique competitions.
  • Competitive bodybuilding involves body exposure, which Coach does not support.

14. Supplements

  • Supplements are optional, not mandatory.
  • Progress can be achieved without supplements.

15. Language of Programs

  • Training programs in English due to internationally standardized exercise names.
  • Nutrition plans in English for accuracy using global calorie and macronutrient databases.
  • Clients expected to work with English-based resources.

16. Limitation of Responsibility

  • Client confirms they are medically fit for training and nutrition changes.
  • Coach not responsible for injuries, health issues, or complications due to failure to follow instructions, pre-existing conditions, or inaccurate information.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Terms governed by laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Any dispute subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts of Egypt.

18. Taxes and VAT

  • Prices may include applicable taxes, fees, or VAT depending on Client’s country.
  • Charges set according to local regulations and may vary from base price.
  • Client responsible for any additional taxes imposed by their country or payment provider.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the checkbox and completing payment, the Client confirms:

  • They have read and understood all Terms and Conditions in full
  • They meet eligibility requirements
  • They accept the strict no-refund policy
  • They agree to comply fully with coaching structure, communication rules, and timelines
  • They acknowledge these Terms form a legally binding agreement
  • Failure to comply does not invalidate these Terms
